Marine Maj. Burrell D. Parmer (Ret.), a native of Monroe, La., served as the 53rd and 55th Illustrious Potentate of Moussa Temple No. 106 (Prince Hall Shriners). He currently serves as the Associate Editor of the Prince Hall Shriners national publication, Pyramid Magazine, the Public Relations Director of the Desert of Texas, and the Centennial Chairman for Moussa Temple No. 106.
