Celebrating Rosa Parks Day

SAAACAM at La Villita 218 South Presa, San Antonio

VIA and SAAACAM have partnered to honor the life and legacy of Civil Rights pioneer Rosa Parks, who would have turned 109 this month. The community is invited to join the celebration from 2 - 3 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 17, 2022, at La Villita. Enjoy refreshments and a live performance from storyteller and actor Jean Donatto as “Sister Rosa Parks.” Stay for a tour of VIA’s fully restored, vintage Dreamliner bus and visit the VIA exhibit at SAAACAM, 218 S. Presa St., La Villita. This is a FREE event.
