- Dr. Doshie Piper is a committed, active, and effective community servant. As of 2026, she is the chairperson for the City of San Antonio’s Martin Luther King Jr. Commission. In this role, she oversees the efforts of the commission to advocate for human equality, principles of nonviolence, and racial harmony. Doshie is also a dynamic force in the criminal and juvenile justice system, where she works to help indigenous people who cannot afford proper representation. As a volunteer leader for the Texas Organizing Project, she helps register hundreds of individuals to vote. Doshie has an unwavering commitment to uplifting underserved communities through her leadership and service to the community.

- Dr. Krystal Robinson

- Dr. Krystal Robinson has practiced pediatric psychology for over 10 years. She practiced exclusively at safety-net hospitals in areas with high need and limited resources. As Associate Chair for Community Engagement at UT Health San Antonio, she directs three STEM immersion programs for students in San Antonio. In 2025, Krystal began serving as Member at Large for Advocacy in the Society of Pediatric Psychology’s Hematology/Oncology Special Interest Group. In this role, she promotes new research, policy developments, and challenges related to mental health in pediatric oncology. Krystal believes that to care for children effectively, healthcare providers must understand and confront the broader systemic and social barriers impacting their well-being.
