The 2027 SAAACAM Legacy Awards Ball

An unforgettable evening celebrating the stories, people and legacies that shape our community.

The San Antonio African American Community Archive and Museum invites you to experience the 2027 Legacy Awards Ball: An Evening of Story, Song & Legacy—a signature celebration benefiting SAAACAM’s work to collect, preserve and share the history and cultural heritage of African descendants of San Antonio and the Southwest region.

This year, the Legacy Awards Ball becomes more than an event. It becomes an **experience in three acts**, bringing guests into some of downtown San Antonio’s most historic spaces for an evening of celebration, connection and purpose.
